A Message from R&D : Our Philosophy
Like John McClane, Rocks and Drams is tough to kill. We persevered to serve our customers despite pushbacks from Ventura County/City, construction delays, and COVID-19. After 2.5 years, our dream of crafting quality cocktails our way is finally here. To our loyal supporters, thank you! To first-time visitors, welcome. Enjoy the menu, and as John McClane said:
